Steam some asparagus in the microwave with a couple of teaspoons of water. This should only take about 2 minutes.
Whisk 2 eggs with a 2Tbs of milk.
Put a knob of butter in the pan and melt on a high heat. Add the eggs and turn the flame down to low heat.

Cook the omelette for a few minutes until the edges start to crisp.
Add the asparagus and then slice some goats cheese over the top. Add some salt and pepper.

Cover with a lid for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and the underside of the omelette is golden.
Fold the omelette in half and serve!

2 eggs
2Tbs milk
Goat Cheese
Asparagus
Butter
Salt and Pepper
