Carrot omelette

  • 1 Peel the onion and carrots. Cut onion into cubes and grate carrots and fry them with pepper, salt and capsium. remove when carrots and onion are cooked. (al dente)
  • 2 In a bowl put together eggs, cooked vegetables and persley/coriander. Beat it and put in a pan with 1 tbs of oil. Wait 10-15 minutes and turn back. Let the omelette 5 minutes frying and withdraw.


Ingredients:

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbs of persley or coriander
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • red capsium (optional)
