Peel the onion and carrots. Cut onion into cubes and grate carrots and fry them with pepper, salt and capsium. remove when carrots and onion are cooked. (al dente)

In a bowl put together eggs, cooked vegetables and persley/coriander. Beat it and put in a pan with 1 tbs of oil. Wait 10-15 minutes and turn back. Let the omelette 5 minutes frying and withdraw.
Ingredients:
2 carrots
1 onion
4 eggs
1 tbs of persley or coriander
black pepper
salt
red capsium (optional)
